screenie or it didn’t happen

As some of you might know, my brother and I have a very unhealthy relationship with the game Guitar Hero. We’ve been playing it since version 2 (on my old-skool, and very pink, Playstation 2) and we are currently at version 4 - World Tour. I play it with the World Tour hardware on my Xbox 360, my brother plays it with his Rock Band hardware on his Playstation 3. (oh how we support the industry…)

Since we discovered that we really enjoy playing GH together (that’s short for Guitar Hero, keep up guys), our lives changed, and for the better we believe. Nights in a row, staying up till dawn, annoying neighbours with the sounds of ROCK!, blisters on your hands, that warm fuzzy feeling when you hit a high score… It’s all good.

And now the time has come to share our warm fuzzy feelings with the rest of the world; our first ’screenie or it didn’t happen‘ blog is born!

On winkwes.nl we keep up scores, as we’re not always able to play together. Conveniently categorized and tagged, you can now check out who kicks some serious booty, and who gets left behind to bite the dust.

Geeky? Totally. Addictive? Absolutely…
