I uploaded an audio test today, after many hours of microphone testing and testing and testing…

The mic on my new web cam wasn’t working that well with me playing the flute, it squeaked whenever I play a high note. So I got myself an external mic today, just a standard simple thing really, it even has a Skype Certified logo on it. That should tell you enough. Unfortunately, that was really my only choice, in all 3 stores I visited, so I just went for it!

I have this morbid fascination with headphones, and as such, I have recently acquired a new pair! Or well, my man gave them to me for Christmas. Awesome.

They’re retro, pink, and have red polka dots on them - what more can one person ask for? ;)

In about a month from now, I will enter the YouTube Symphony Orchestra competition, for a chance to play with the London Symphony Orchestra, in Carnegie Hall, New York.
