Happy New Year! :)
I’ve been absent from the blog for about two weeks while taking a much needed break from it all. I could use a few more weeks to be honest ;) But I did get a lot of creative juices flowing, which means more awesome and new content on my little blog for YOU, my readers, to enjoy! :)
Oh I can’t wait to show you and tell you what I’m planning for 2015! But, first things first.
Remember this amazing huntress cowl I made a few weeks ago?
It is not my design; it was created by the talented Alexi from Two of Wands, and she had generously offered to give away 3 copies of the pattern!

Try not to over do it…your blogging should be fun, not so taxing. Don’t want your enjoyment crocheting and things to wear you out…then it isn’t fun anymore. Just some “motherly” advice. :)

I am so thrilled and excited to have won!! Unfortunately, timing is terrible! I fell just over a week ago and was hoping the pain in my hand would go away so I waited to go to the doc. Well, I went yesterday and am in a cast for 3 weeks on my right hand – I’m right handed!! So, I look forward to being able to make the Huntress Cowl as soon as my hand is healed! Thanks again for starting my 2015 off with such a wonderful treat!!
