Are you doing anything special for this year’s I Love Yarn Day? Me and my friend are going to the Dutch Knit & Crochet Days in Groningen :) We are actually there right now!
While we’re there, we’re checking out the latest & greatest in yarns and knitting & crochet trends for you. I’ll be sure to share everything with you all next week! :)
In the meantime, I’m working on my next Scheepjes project: a scarf & hat set. The scarf is up first, and it will be a hybrid: a knit centre with a crochet trim! :) Don’t worry, non-knitters will be able to knit this, too. It’s super easy, I promise :)
This is Roma Big Rainbow yarn from Scheepjeswol, and it’s safe to say that I am head over heels in love with it! Best. Colours. Ever. The pattern for this scarf will be available somewhere next week, and it will be free :)
Okay, I’m off enjoying I Love Yarn Day some more!

I had no idea it was I Love Yarn Day! Thanks for the heads up! I’m spending this evening crocheting up a scarf. Love the colours of that yarn in your pictures and can’t wait to see the finished product next week!

I didn’t know this kind of day existed ! I started crocheting a shawl (but I don’t really like the result, I think of de-crocheting it)
