design wars 4: help me out!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I received an e-mail from the creative brain behind Design Wars, Salena Baca, asking me if I wanted to join the next Design Wars, round 4. Of course I want to join :D

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Design Wars, here’s a blurb about the competition from their website:
“Design Wars is an elite group of crochet designers, each hand-picked because their work demonstrates profound artistry in the crochet arena. Design Wars is fast becoming an entity of its own, and I’m progressively changing the way it’s brought to you to assure it’s fun, inspiring, and rewarding!
This challenge was created by Salena Baca in late 2012, and each challenge is held quarterly.”

This time around, they are having a vote to help them pick who deserves the final invitation. I’ve been nominated with two others: the very talented Tanya Beliak from Crocheterie, and the lovely Sara Lora from Ball Hank n’ Skein.

Voting has already started and you can cast your vote until June 13th. You’re allowed one vote every 24 hours, and I would love it if you voted for me! :)

My head is already overflowing with pattern ideas if I get to participate… Exciting times!
